A study was carried out and the optimization process for one of types equipment autonomous heat supply using renewable resources – a tubular pellet heater. The research is expedient, since there no mathematical model unit operation combustion unit, only set experimental results indicating inconsistency criteria presented to it. As result research, new algorithms have been obtained: firstly, an algorithm selecting (multi-criteria optimization) operating mode burning pellets heaters, secondly, choosing, according several criteria, parameters exchange heater with screen. multicriteria binary selection ratios has developed heaters in full, including unit. Selection functions defined dimensionless complexes based on results.
